ORDER OF PUBLICATION
The object of this suit is to quiet the title to that property commonly known as 4978 Townpoint Road, Suffolk, Virginia 23434 with Tax Account Number 303531000, and more particularly described as follows:
All that land contained in the southern portions of Lot 35 and Lot 37, North side of John Street, as shown on Plat Simpson and Hargroves of Pughsville, Nasemond County, State of Virginia. Said Southern portions of the Lots 35 and 37 is 60 x 120 feet according to Plat recorded in the County Plat Book No. 1, Page No. 1., and this property is more particularly described as the Southern one-half of Lots 35 and 37 John Street from an iron pin found at the Northeast intersection of John Street and Townpoint Road Northwest 60 feet to an iron pin found, thence Northeast 120 feet to an iron pin found, thence Southeast 60 feet to an iron pin found and thence Southwest 120 feet to an iron pin found at the beginning of the Northeast corner of John Street and Townpoint Road.
LESS AND EXCEPT that portion of property conveyed to Craig W. Conboy and Krystal M. Conboy by Boundary Line Order recorded in Document number 170009818 (the “Property”).
