ORDER OF PUBLICATION
TO: JOSEPH LLOYD and REBECCA LLOYD whose last known addresses are unknown, if they are living or if they be dead, their successors in interest, surviving spouses, heirs at law, devisees and/or assigns, and the lien creditors of all of said parties, if any there be, and all other persons having an interest in the estate of Joseph Lloyd and/or the estate of Rebecca Lloyd, which is the subject matter of this proceeding, all of whom are made parties defendant by the general description of “Parties Unknown”
The object of this suit is to enter an order establishing the common boundary line between the lands of the Petitioner and the Respondents herein as shown upon the Site Plan and Lot 1 Survey which are attached to the Petition filed herein by the Petitioner.
An affidavit having been made and signed that according to the most recent information available to the affiant, that the whereabouts of the Parties Unknown, is unknown, it is hereby ORDERED that JOSEPH LLOYD and REBECCA LLOYD whose last addresses are unknown, and that the unknown heirs, devisees, or successors in interest of the above named individuals, whose names and last addresses are unknown, who are made parties defendant by the general description of “Parties Unknown”, and any and all persons or entities who may claim an interest of any sort in the Estate of Robert Lloyd and/or the Estate of Rebecca Lloyd, fee simple owners of the real property fronting on Sleepy Hole Road in Suffolk, Virginia and being briefly described as Lot 2, Tax Map. 19A*71 which is the subject of this underlying action should appear in this Court on or before the 13th day of March, 2023 at 9:30 a.m., and do whatever is necessary to protect any interest he/she/it may claim in said Estates.
It is further ORDERED that this Order of Publication be published once a week for four (4) successive weeks in The Suffolk News-Herald, a newspaper of general circulation in the City of Suffolk, Virginia.
It is further ORDERED pursuant to Rule 1:13 of the Rules of the Supreme Court of Virginia that only the signature of counsel for the Petitioner shall be required to be affixed to this Order.
